What’s the difference between mobile web and the Myask411 App?
The mobile web is simply accessing the internet via a mobile device. When referencing the Mysask411 mobile web, it is the mysask411.com website sized down to fit your mobile device. The Mysask411 App is an application put on your device used outside your internet browser. Some content available on the full website and mobile web, including Blogs and City Pages, are not available on the Mysask411 App.

How do I get my business to appear first in my category?
The order in which a business appears is based on a ranking system that is consistent across all three of our platforms; print, online, and mobile. A businesses’ primary rank is based on relevancy to the search and a secondary rank is applied based on the number of Mysask411 products the business has.
