Message from Directwest President & CEO Keith Jeannot

To: Directwest customers, partners and friends

At Directwest, we recognize that the quickly changing COVID-19 situation is an unprecedented time for everyone that for many is filled with uncertainty.

Of course, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our number one priority. As the COVID-19 threat increased we moved quickly to lessen the impact on our customers, employees and the people of Saskatchewan. To help “flatten the curve” and reduce the health risk to our communities, we quickly established remote work arrangements for the majority of our employees and are practicing social distancing within our offices for those who are not yet able to work from home. You have our commitment that to the best of our ability we will continue providing you with the products and services your business depends on.

Supporting each other through difficult times is what Saskatchewan is known for and this is more important now than ever. We recognize the challenges this pandemic is having on our local business community as we are part of that as well. As this situation evolves, we will be working hard to promote the #ShopLocal message through Directwest online and social channels.

If you are a customer, your Media Advisor will continue to be your first point of contact and will work with you to support your business needs. If you require additional assistance our offices are ready to accept calls at 1-800-667-8201 and email at dw@directwest.com.

We encourage you to help one another, stay healthy and support local Saskatchewan business. #BetterTogether

Sincerely,

Keith Jeannot
